The little princess in my house can never have enough skirts. Almost any fabric will do as long as the final product passes the 'twirl' test. And if your princess is anything like mine, she goes though, on average, about 8 different princess outfits a day. Doing her laundry and cleaning her room is a full time job in itself!! Nevertheless, I can't resist and any time I see cute fabric or can envision a new skirt design, I have to pull it all together for the little diva.

Beautiful Skirt! I can't say I have a funny dress up story. Though my youngest son hates getting dressed so much that it always a fight and often hard to find the humor in dressing time.

I am a suscriber!
My story: 3 year old and my bra lying around in the bedroom.
My daughter comes out with the bra over her chest and her pjs and a big grin on her face. Says to me and the hubs, I found mommy's bumpy covers!
We couldn't help but bust out laughing (no pun intended)!

Such a cute skirt, keeping my fingers crossed!
This skirt is adorable. The funny dress up story would be her comming out of the bedroom with literally 100 little clips all throughout her hair :)

Girl! Are you kiddin' me. I am the mother of 3 sons (no daughters) and 4 grandsons (no grandaughters) and I am 51 years old. It has been a looooonnnnggg time since dressin up has been going on in my life! Oh, I take that back my oldest son loved the TV show C.H.I.P.S. (let me guess...never heard of it) anyhoo, everytime it came on he would put black electrical tape down the side seams of his jeans to look like the patrolman pants. I always thought that was so genius of him. I love the ruffley skirt, see I said it too and probably misspelled it and that too HaHa. Really, I love your blog and would love the pattern. I know lots of little girls I could sew for.
